CTS

CATSystem

CATSystem is a cancer research electronic medical records system aimed at managing cervical cancer research data in Kenya. The CATSystem platform has been adapted by other organizations/institutions in Kenya and around the world to collect, store, analyze and report comprehensive data on a various types of cancer as well as to improve patient care and conduct cancer research

ODS

Overall objective: apply a patient-centered approach to ODS development to design a product that is more responsive to caregivers’ and patients’ needs and preferences especially the need for discretion.

Our Impact

Global Health Innovations (GHI), developed the HIT system and it works with the ministry of
health in Kenya and tanzania, in collaboration with the university of Kansas medical center
to implement the `innovative solution”.
HIT System was introduced in 2010 and it operates in more than 20 hospitals through 5
counties in Kenya.
